The universal system is a most variable type of interior shading device. Thanks to its perfect appearance, quality and potential to adapt to any shape of glazed surfaces there is no comparable competitive product on the market today. Typical examples of use are in winter gardens, glasshouses, skylights, sloped glazed surfaces, etc. The maximum length of the system can be as much as 14 m, the width up to 7 m. Thus, the maximum attainable area of shading is approximately 100 sq.m.
Product description
The universal system consists of the bearing structure, shading fabric and control. The bearing components have the form of guide aluminium laths connected with each other by a shaft. Inside the guide laths there is moving a pulling chain drifting the front bar and stretching the fabric. As for the fabric it is supported by duralumin rods, in larger sizes by supporting strings and so the cloth can retain its elegant regular shape.
Materials
Guide laths are made of aluminium, provided with a powder coating in white colour. By request, painting in any shade of the RAL colour scale is possible. Connecting section bar covering the shaft is also made of painted aluminium, the shaft proper and the supporting rods are manufactured of duralumin.
Cloths
As the most suitable for the universal system have proved the fabrics Trevira CS (fireproof polyester) and Screen (100 per cent glass fabric). The two materials are distinguished for an appropriate light transmittance and for an effective reflection of sun heat at the same time.
Control
Horizontal products of small size can be controlled by means of an endless chain, for systems with large size or products installed in a sloped or vertical position a manual handle is designed. Naturally, the most comfortable variant is the drive by a 230V electric motor that can be controlled either by a standard push-button or a wireless remote-controller. Connection of the motor to a light sensor or to the control system of the building is required very often.
Type 10
The type 10 has a square or rectangular shape and is distinguished for the cloth that is supported by duralumin rods inserted into “pipes” created on the cloth.
Type 60
Also in this type the cloth is supported by duralumin rods. Besides that, however, the rods are suspended on auxiliary strings by means of sliding riders.
Type 65
The type 65 is intended for the shadowing of surfaces of the largest size, up to the width of 7 m.
Atypical shapes
A huge advantage of the universal system is the possibility to adopt it for manufacture of various atypical forms, including arch shapes and triangles.
