Japanese sliding screens
Oriental tradition in a modern interior. Would you like to shadow a French window or to divide a room? Nothing is impossible!
A very functional and original shadowing system allowing for a high variability and fit to be adapted exactly to your needs. In addition to the shadowing of windows it is also designed for movable partitions in rooms, practical screens e.g. in restaurants or hospitals, for the separation of workplaces or as an interesting decorative background.
Messrs. Maron CZ belong among traditional makers of Japanese sliding panels. At present, these products belong among the most successful articles in our product line.
Product description
Japanese sliding panels consist of the top aluminium moulding and the shadowing material proper. As required by the customer, the top moulding can be delivered with two, three, four or even five grooves in each of which a single or more panels made of the shadowing or decorative material can move. The panels may be of different width as required by the customer.
Materials
Sliding and carrying parts of the structure are made of aluminium and are provided with a paint coating. White is the basic colour here, however, we can deliver paint coating in any colour shade on request.
Cloth
Roller blinds cloths or screen have proven to be the most suitable materials for the shadowing. For the dividing of rooms stiffer materials are offered, curtain or drape cloths are suitable for decoration purposes. The application of natural wooden tissues appears as an innovation now.
Control
Manual control is performed by means of a stick, control string or through simple pulling the cloth. An electromotor with a smooth and quiet run represents a comfortable variant that can be controlled by means of a push-button or a remote controller.
Maintenance
The mechanical part of Japanese panels does not require any maintenance. Cloth would be cleaned depending on the material used. Cleaning is facilitated by an intelligent method of the fixing of panels to the carrying structures where bur-fastener is used.
Control through the pulling of cloth
A simple execution for sporadic control of sliding panels.
String control
A convenient control of the panels movement to both sides from one place by pulling a strong string.
Stick control
This is practical in particular in products with small dimensions. An elegant stick fixed to the first panel is setting the whole system in motion.
Electric control
A quiet and reliable electric motor grades the Japanese panel up to a perfect product.
