Model with joint
A special execution for broken or rounded surfaces.
Aluminium guiding laths are fitted with a moving joint allowing an adjustment in the range between 90° - 180°. Thus, with a single system you may find a shading solution for rectangular surfaces, e.g. to shade the roof of a winter garden and to go on continuously upon the side wall.
In the places where joints are fitted the guiding laths are interconnected by auxiliary tubes on which fabric can roll if the direction of movement has changed. By fitting several consecutive joints seemingly impossible external shading of half-round sky-lights can be solved.
