LS system
This is really a unique and unmatched technical solution to which no alternative can be compared at the present time. Its most notable merits consist in its reliable operation and its capacity to shade large and articulate surfaces.
A special electric motor rotates control rods which may consist of several sections connected by means of Cardan joints to be able to copy broken shapes. A system of pull cables reeled up on reel drums drives the shading fabric which is divided into sections corresponding to the articulation pattern of the glazed surface. The fabric is further supported by a system of carrying wires. Through the actuation by cables guided in leading pulleys all sections of the LS system will close or open at the same time.
Control by means of an electric motor.
