Extensive shadings

There are many situations where a reliable and at the same time flexible system for the shading of large glazed surfaces is required. Typical examples are production halls, greenhouses, exhibition halls and sales floors, etc.

To cope with these cases the company Maron CZ offers the unique large-area LS systems which – equipped with just one motor – will manage to shade even outsized surfaces (of up to 1 000 sq.m.).

We manufacture and install the LS system and we have a lot of excellent experience with it. Here are several successful projects for which we have delivered these large-area systems: shading of the Orangery at the Prague Castle, assembly hall of the motor works Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav, LS systems for the halls of the Hornbach market chain.

Fabrics

A special fabric – the LS screen – has been developed for this product. The fabric is produced with many colour shades and degrees of light transmittance. It is a light-weight cloth, resistant against dust and wear and is marked out for a high strength, it does neither fray nor shrink. The LS screen attains an excellent grade of light reflection and thermal insulating capacity; it is, however, permeable for water vapour at the same time and so it helps in creating an ideal microclimate in the interior.

Control

Actuation of the system is effected by an electric motor. As for the control proper it is a comfort to realize connection to a control system designed for the evaluation of data of internal temperature and light conditions. Thus, the optimum conditions can be attained through the movement of the shading screen.
